How to make u relax?
All people have problem in the world, everything can become problem, but can you solve it ?
hahaha...
I have some trick that i want to share with you.
First,
You can find a friend who can you invite to go shopping or go around, and forget your problem.
hehehe,,, maybe this is not good for your money, but this is good for your mood.
If you do everything in the bad circumtanstance, everything will get bad result.
So, make your mood calm down before you do everything.
Second,
You can go to quite place that seldom people go there, but make sure that place also safe for be alone.
Don't go to dengerious place if you'r alone.
after that you can sing a song or shout, you can do that you can do, but remember you don't crying, coz that not good for your health.
Third,
You can go to gym or stadium.
You can do exercise for relax your body, why?
besause if your sweat come out, it will make your body fresh, and beside that your body will healthy.
Fourth,
Almost people like to do this.
EAT...
hahahah, yep sometimes people who in temper, they will do this.
why?
Becuase, when people angry and gibber, brain will work hard and make it tired, so automaticly your body will feel tired, although your body doesn't sweaty.
This is good, but you should measure your food, eat much healthy food, don't eat junk food for do this, so in the other hand your body will fresh and healthy.
